Third alarm fire - Timberbank Blvd

A third alarm fire ripped through a Scarborough townhouse on Sunday evening, causing a partial roof collapse before Toronto firefighters were able to bring it under control. One person was taken to hospital for smoke inhalation. Volunteers from Support 7 were automatically dispatched along with the third alarm response. The area was pitch black, and the temperatures well below freezing.

We were called to relieve Box 12 late in the day after this fifth alarm broke out at Toppers Linens in the Junction. Due to a doctor's appointment earlier in the day, we didn't arrive till late in the day.

Islington working fire

A working fire response on Islington Avenue and Birmingham Street. All occupants were able to exit the building safely.
